Founded in the memory of Tony Marceca. Established in 1992, the Tony Marceca Scholarship is awarded annually to a son or daughter of an SPWA member. This scholarship is an ‘entrance level’ scholarship. The Recipient is awarded a bursary in the amount of $2000.00.
